The members of the INSAR Chile 2019 scientific committee will act as blind and independent reviewers of the abstracts sent.

The reviewers will not know the identities of the author of each of the abstracts that they evaluate. Similarly, if the authors have any professional or personal relationship with any reviewer from the panel, the abstract will not be reviewed by the aforementioned reviewer.

 

The presentations are graded according to the following criteria:

1) Importance of the findings

2) Clarity

3) Methods

4) Adequacy of the interpretations;

5) Relevance of the topic for the investigation of autism.

 

It is suggested to take into account some relevant aspects that may determine the outcome of the review process:

 

• Submissions that do not comply the instructions will not be accepted.

• The abstracts may not be considered if they lack sufficient data. For example, for an oral presentation, if it lacks sufficient content for the 10 minutes assigned.

• Abstracts must report results that are statistically reliable and that have not been previously published at the time of presentation.

• The abstracts must respect the principles of research ethics to which INSAR is aligned.
