SENDING ABSTRACTS

Guide to submit an Abstract

1.The presentation of abstract and its submission to INSAR Chile 2019, assumes that the sender and the authors know and comply with the ethical requirements for research with human beings and / or animals. The sender must make explicit that his research has the approval of an ethics committee, if required

2.When sending an abstract to INSAR Chile 2019, the organization assumes that each author listed in the abstract has consented to appear as such. At the time of sending, the sender must provide the email of each of the authors.

3.Each sender must inform and explain any conflict of interest, real or perceived, derived from his research, such as: royalties from companies, relations with pharmaceutical companies, etc. The declaration of interests is a mandatory step at the time of sending the summary to consider how the shipment was successfully concluded.

4. The presentation of the research at the INSAR Chile 2019 meeting must be substantially identical to the one reported in the submitted abstract. However, in the presentation can be provided new data collected after the submission of the summary.

5. Regarding the ON LINE submission of abstracts to INSAR Chile 2019, consider the following:

  • Only abstracts sent through the ON-LINE SUMMARY system will be accepted.

  • Abstracts must be submitted in English (the presentation can be done in Spanish, but the audiovisual media used must also be in English).

  • A single person can send as an author, co-author or presenter, how many abstracts you want.

  • The sending of the abstract has no cost to the sender. However, sending the abstract does not mean registration or registration to attend INSAR Chile 2019. The sender must be duly registered and registered (which includes the payment of registration) before September 15, 2019. Otherwise, The abstract will not be considered for presentation.

  • At the time of sending the abstract, you must identify which of the authors will be the exhibitor of the work. If the exhibitor is a third party (other than the delabstract sender), the exhibitor must also be registered and registered before September 15, 2019. Otherwise, the abstract will not be considered for presentation.

  • Abstracts must be submitted through the ABSTRACT ON LINE system before August 4, 2019 at 11:59 p.m., (GMT-3).

6. For the abstract submission we suggest:

  • The abstract must contain 450 words or less.

  • The maximum length of 450 words does not include the title, the names of the authors or their affiliations.

  • Include the following subtitles (in bold type): Introduction, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusions (Remember: provide enough information so that the reviewer can evaluate the value of each of these categories).

  • Graphics (tables / figures) are optional and will not be published in the Book of abstracts. They do not count towards the 450 word limit. It allows a maximum of two graphics (2 tables, 2 figures, or one of each), incorporated into a single file. Load the graphics file using one of the following file formats: .jpg, .gif, .png.

NOTE: The abstracts will be included in the book of abstracts, just as they were sent through the ABSTRACTS ON LINE system.

Therefore, we recommend that you compose the abstract text in a separate document before beginning the online submission process. Check the spelling and grammar of the text before sending it. The organizers of the conference will not edit any part of the abstracts (eg title, authors, affiliations, spelling errors).
